Terms and Conditions
Last updated: November 1, 2026
for the services of Daniel Michael Andreas Hösele, MSc, BSc, trading as “revamped”, Ungerdorf 161, 8200 Gleisdorf, Austria (“we”).
1. Scope
These Terms apply to all contracts for our website services (redesign, hosting, maintenance, extras). Our offer is aimed at businesses within the meaning of § 1 of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) (“customer”). By ordering, the customer confirms that they are acting as a business. The customer’s own terms only apply if we agree to them in writing.
2. Services
- Preview: From the customer’s existing website (or an uploaded design), we create a new version as a free preview. The preview is non-binding.
- Lite plan: Redesign with its own design checked on screen (Pro design), hosting with SSL, own domain, up to 10 change requests per month.
- Pro plan: Its own design checked on screen (Pro design) with 3 further design rounds included, also for large websites, hosting with SSL, own domain, up to 25 change requests per month, contact form and visitor statistics included. An uploaded design is operated on the Pro plan.
- Extras (e.g. multiple languages, contact form, appointment booking) extend the website for a monthly fee.
- Packs (additional changes in the current month, additional design rounds) are purchased once.
The customer describes changes in the customer area in their own words; we implement them with the help of AI and present them as a draft. A draft only goes live once the customer approves it. Unused changes expire at the end of the month.
3. Conclusion of the contract
The contract is concluded when the customer chooses a plan in the customer area, accepts these Terms and completes payment via our payment provider Stripe. The customer books extras in the customer area; packs are booked with their payment.
4. Prices and payment
- Lite: $15 (€12) per month or $144 (€108) per year, for websites with up to 12 content pages (legal notice and privacy policy not counted) and about 30 A4 pages of text on them. Pro: $35 (€29) per month or $360 (€288) per year, with no one-time fee; Pro is required for larger or text-heavy websites and for uploaded designs. Whether Lite is enough follows from the review of the existing website; the result is shown in the customer area before ordering.
- All prices are net, plus statutory VAT where it applies. The customer pays in US dollars or, at their choice, in euros (the amounts in brackets); the currency of the first order applies to all later orders of the customer. The prices shown in the customer area at the time of ordering apply.
- Fees for plans and extras are due in advance for each billing period (month or year) and are collected via Stripe.
- Each extra can be tested free of charge once for 7 days on a website with a plan. If it is not switched off during that time, it is billed with the subscription from the date shown. Switching from Lite to Pro and changing the billing period are billed pro rata immediately; switching from Pro to Lite takes effect from the next billing period.
- The customer receives invoices by email and in the customer portal.
5. Term and termination
Plans run for an indefinite period and renew for the chosen billing period. The customer can cancel at any time in the customer area, effective at the end of the current period; until then, the website stays online. Extras can be switched off at any time; periods already paid for are credited pro rata. We can terminate with one month’s notice to the end of a billing period. The right to terminate for good cause remains unaffected.
When the contract ends, we take the website offline. On request, we provide the customer with their content (texts and images) within 30 days of the end of the contract; after that, it is deleted unless a statutory retention obligation applies. The domain remains the customer’s property.
6. Satisfaction guarantee
If the customer is not satisfied with their website, they write to us at hello@revamped.tech. We discuss with them what is not right and, if needed, adjust the website by hand.
If the customer is still not satisfied afterwards, we refund all fees they have paid for this website (plan, extras and packs). The condition is that they contact us by email within 30 days of the website first going live; the deadline is also met if the adjustments take longer. The refund is made within 14 days to the payment method used. With the refund, the contract for this website ends immediately; section 5, paragraph 2 applies to the website, the content and the domain. The guarantee applies once per customer.
7. Late payment
If a payment fails, Stripe retries the collection several times and informs the customer by email. If payment is still not made, the subscription ends; changes and extras are then no longer available, and we may take the website offline after prior notice.
8. Customer obligations
- The customer holds the rights to the content of their existing website and to everything they provide to us (texts, photos, logos, uploaded designs and fonts), and grants us the rights of use needed to provide the service.
- The customer reviews drafts before approving them and is responsible for the published content of their website, in particular the legal notice, prices, advertising claims and legal information. Texts created or translated by AI are to be understood as suggestions.
- We generate the legal notice and privacy policy automatically as templates from the customer’s details and from what our platform does technically. They are not legal advice and do not replace review by a lawyer. The customer checks them before publishing, adds the mandatory details that apply to their business (e.g. company number, VAT number, chamber or supervisory authority, privacy contact) and keeps them up to date. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the completeness and accuracy of these texts in the individual case or for the consequences of their use (such as warning letters, injunctions or fines); section 11 remains unaffected.
- Unlawful content is not permitted; we may remove such content or block the website.
- The customer keeps their access credentials (email inbox) secret.
9. Rights to the website
The customer’s content remains theirs. For the term of the contract, the customer receives the non-exclusive right to use the design and code created for their website. Our software, templates and tools remain our property.
10. Availability
We operate the websites with established hosting providers and strive for high availability. Short interruptions due to maintenance, third-party outages or force majeure are possible and do not entitle the customer to a reduction unless caused by our gross negligence.
11. Warranty and liability
We are only liable for intent and gross negligence, except for personal injury. Liability for lost profits, consequential damage and data loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law; in any case, it is limited to the fees the customer paid in the twelve months before the event causing the damage. Defects must be reported to us without delay once they become known.
12. Data protection and data processing
How we process personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. Where we process data on the customer’s behalf (e.g. messages from the contact form on their website), our Data Processing Agreement applies, which is agreed together with these Terms.
13. Launch offers
- Early bird: The first 10 customers who choose the offer when ordering pay no fee for their plan for 6 months (monthly billing; extras and packs are billed as usual). In return, we may show the customer’s website (before and after) with the name and location of the business as a reference on our website, and the customer writes us an honest review. The customer can withdraw their consent to publication at any time with effect for the future.
- Founder price: For the first 100 paid subscriptions, the price of the booked plan stays the same for as long as the subscription runs without interruption on the same plan.
14. Changes
We notify the customer by email of changes to these Terms, the prices or the quotas at least 30 days before they take effect. If the customer does not object before they take effect, they are deemed accepted; in the event of an objection, either party may terminate as of the effective date. We point out this consequence in the notification. The founder price remains unaffected.
15. Final provisions
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is the court with subject-matter jurisdiction in Graz, Austria. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid. Statements by email to hello@revamped.tech satisfy the written form requirement.
